Ingredients:
- 12 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
