Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, salt, and pepper.
