Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Lay out four large pieces of parchment paper. Divide the couscous and kale mixture among them.
