Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and parsley.
