Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 zucchini, spiralized
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
