Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, grated ginger, honey, and sesame oil.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
