Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Directions:
